Ingredients 175g whole wheat dinkel 175g whole sugar 140g olive oil 150 ml soy milk 3 tbsp water 3 tbsp soy flour (reformhaus) 2 tsp baking powder 1 pinch salt Method Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Mix all the ingredients together and blend with a cake mixer. Put in a spring form tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 35 minutes in the middle of the oven. Take out and cool. There is no need to remove from the springform tray to cool. Its better to let it cool overnight and put the strawberries on the next day. Slice the strawberries in half and cover the cake.
